There is always a third way. I help you find it.

I found this while navigating a decade in high-pressure corporate environments, alongside a chronic illness that forced me to rethink how I worked, decided, and showed up.

Today, as a Leadership Coach, I work with leaders, founders, and managers who are doing well on paper, but carrying decisions they haven’t been able to move through.

Through 1:1 coaching and leadership workshops, I work with you to:

Find clarity in complex decisions
Reduce the mental load you’ve been carrying
Lead without passing that pressure down
