Body talk meditation, a simple mindfulness technique, can be a powerful tool for promoting self-awareness, managing pain, and fostering overall well-being. I’m grateful to my mentor and coach, Ms. Ppriyal Lokhandvwala, for introducing me to this transformative practice when I was struggling with severe eye pain. I still have it sometimes but the worst days are gone now. I would suggest you to Talk to the Body at least one a week.
